EMERGENCIES (During office hours)

In the event of an emergency, Keystones Properties must be contacted immediately, along with the relevant emergency services, to ensure prompt resolution of the issue and appropriate action can be taken.

Please provide as much information as possible regarding the issue, including your name, telephone number, property address, and a description of the emergency. We will promptly forward your information to one of our contractors, who will then contact you directly to arrange an appointment.

 

IN CASE OF GAS EMERGENCIES (INCLUDING CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTOR ALARM SOUNDING)

 

1.      Turn off the gas supply.

2.      Call national grid on 0800 111 999.

3.      Open all doors and windows to expel gas.

4.      Put out naked flames.

5.      Don’t smoke.

6.      Don’t turn on electric switches.

7.      Wait for an engineer from the national grid to attend.
