CHRISTMAS OPENING HOURS

Please note that our office will be closed for the Christmas holiday from 24th December 2024 and will reopen on 2nd January 2025. During this period, we will only be able to handle emergency repairs. GENERAL REPAIRS AND FAULTS

If an issue arises in the property, our dedicated maintenance team will be pleased to assist. Please call 0208 981 9955 (Option 4) or email repairs@keystonesltd.co.uk, and one of the property managers will strive to rectify the fault as promptly as possible.

Please provide as much information as possible regarding the issue, including your name, telephone number, property address, and a description of the emergency. We will promptly forward your information to one of our contractors, who will then contact you directly to arrange an appointment.

 

IN CASE OF GAS EMERGENCIES (INCLUDING CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTOR ALARM SOUNDING)

 

1.      Turn off the gas supply.

2.      Call national grid on 0800 111 999.

3.      Open all doors and windows to expel gas.

4.      Put out naked flames.

5.      Don’t smoke.

6.      Don’t turn on electric switches.

7.      Wait for an engineer from the national grid to attend.
